About Agnieszka

Prior to opening Lotus Heart I worked in Early Years for eleven years. Working in the Early Years has taught me that beneath every behaviour there is a feeling, and beneath each feeling is a need. When we meet that need rather than focus on the behaviour we begin to deal with the cause not the symptom. Our perception of the world is shaped in our childhood years. We are socially and culturally conditioned to measure our self-value on personal and professional achievements, to meet certain beauty standards to feel beautiful. That we have to be loved by someone to feel needed, in turn loosing our sense of self. We are not responsible for the programming we received as children. However, we are fully responsible for creating change as adults.

My mission is to empower you on your journey back to yourself. By exploring your own personal truths, to free yourself from past conditionings and learned behaviours. To forge your own path and live up to your expectations, rather than those imposed upon you. I’m here to guide you with your journey of self discovery, acceptance and healing in order to find your purpose, meaning and direction in life. With a holistic, spiritual and client-cantered approach, I provide personalised coaching and services that inspire growth, resilience, and positive change.

About the lesson

My classes will allow you to open up and start a loving dialogue with yourself. They will allow you to dig deeper into your soul, encourage a journey of self- discovery as you learn to love, accept and embrace yourself with no conditions. Encourage you start to believe in yourself, and love yourself that's when the magic will happen. When you love yourself, you glow from the inside. You attract people who love, respect and appreciate your energy. My classes empower your self love journey, open up new worlds within you and all around you. Classes consist of coaching, discussions, insightful prompts, journaling and simple exercises that will transform your life and make room for new beginnings.We will cover topics such as self -worth, self – care, boundaries, balance and much more. Remember it all starts with you, in the now, where you are. Where light enters, darkness cannot stay.
