About Andrew
I am currently a student in a Masters of Liberal Arts program in political science. My subfield interest is in political philosophy where my training in philosophy is valuable for analysis and understanding how complex situations can be understood. I have a wide variety of knowledge from my Associates in General Studies and two BAs, one in political science and one in philosophy.
Outside of academia, I value change and diversity. As a young person, I took skateboarding seriously, filming, and working in competitions around Denver, CO. As a younger adult, I moved to NYC to play pool taking me around a lot of the USA playing. In my adult life, I have studied as I have recognized education as important for a happy life. I look forward to post-COVID opportunities.

My approach is based on your needs. The use of language is a tool, but it is also an artistic movement in self-discovery. My goals are to strengthen your current linguistic abilities and add more skills to your ever-growing list of those capabilities. I think learning is done best with a smile. Sometimes hard work comes before a smile, sometimes a laugh is the best lesson.
I believe a certain amount of memorization is necessary for someone to use language well, but there is another need to be flexible and playful with language. We will create a fun and dedicated work space where we can increase your pleasure in using language.
