About Guy
Cooking has always been more than a profession for me; it has been a way of life. My journey as a chef has taken me through many different kitchens, experiences, and cultures, but my deepest inspiration has always come from simple food made with care, fire, and fresh ingredients from the earth. I am especially passionate about Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, where food is deeply connected to family, gathering, and tradition.
Outside the kitchen, I value a healthy and active lifestyle rooted in nature, movement, and community. I believe food should nourish both the body and the spirit, and I enjoy teaching others how to create meals that are vibrant, seasonal, and approachable. Much of my inspiration comes from farm life, homesteading, growing food, and building connections with local farmers and organic producers.
Family is at the center of everything I do. Whether cooking for loved ones, hosting intimate dinners, or teaching students online, my goal is to create warmth, connection, and memorable experiences through food. I believe cooking should feel grounding, creative, and joyful, something that brings people closer together around the table.

My name is Guy Morgan, and I am a private chef with a deep passion for Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, rustic cooking traditions, and organic farm-to-table ingredients. Cooking has been a lifelong journey for me. one rooted in fire, simplicity, community, and the connection between food and people.
Through my classes, I teach more than recipes. I help students understand how to create beautiful, nourishing meals using fresh seasonal vegetables, herbs, grains, and traditional techniques inspired by Mediterranean culture. My approach focuses on approachable cooking that feels both elevated and deeply comforting, whether you are preparing a family dinner, hosting friends, or creating a memorable gathering around the table.
I especially enjoy teaching students how to cook intuitively, work with local organic produce, and build confidence in the kitchen without relying on overly complicated methods. My goal is to make cooking feel inspiring, grounding, and joyful.
