I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Fitness Instructor. I am a Master's Degree level Social Worker and experienced mom of 6 children. I enjoy helping moms have the birth of their dreams no matter the method of their birth.

About the lesson

I have a natural approach method of teaching. There is no right or wrong way to give birth or parent. I present different styles and information so the parents with which I instruct can be informed.
