About Simon
I was a practicing engineer in the aerospace industry for many years working on design and analyses of modern and technologically advanced aircraft. Much of this work relied heavily on the application of the math learned up through the high school level. The most exciting thing about learning to me is getting to share my knowledge with others and help you understand how to approach problems or concepts by catering a lesson to the specific learner.

I will have students come with work from school or I can create my own lessons based off of topics of concern to you, the student. I will then have you explain to me what you know and teach from there. My approach as a tutor is to assess the learning style of a student and adapt the curriculum to their needs. I encourage cooperative learning and will adapt a style to help you be able to understand and retain the subject matter easier.
