About Daniel
My name is Daniel Gloria and I am a working artist currently residing in Newton KS. I studied at the KU school of fine arts, but due to medical reasons had to leave the program. I plan to return to school soon, (within the following year) and finish earning my BFA.
I draw inspiration from artists such as Nicolie Fechin, Claude Monet, Ceaser Santos, and (of course) Vincent Willem van Gogh. My favorite poet is Ocean Vuong and I am the son of Mexican immigrants.

As an artist it is my belief that I must assist anyone else who is with me on this path. If you are looking to create art that is more meaningful and hope-filled, then I can help you. At age 18 I left my home and traveled throughout the state of Kansas. I have sold my art on the streets of Lawrence, I have made art for children in hospitals, and have become particularly experienced in using soft-pastels and oil paints. Know that if you hire me I will give you 100-percent of my attention and knowledge.
My lessons are for people of any age looking to improve their technical and theoretical aptitudes. Specific subjects I am able to teach are human anatomy, perspective, rendering, and color choice
