My improv workshops are based on Truth in Comedy and Improvise. They also incorporate elements of Viola Spolin, Commedia dell'arte, movement techniques, meditation and awareness techniques, and traditional theatre training. These workshops are useful for actors, comedians, performers, teens auditioning for college programs, business leaders, improv groups, performance ensembles, and anyone looking to build confidence and awareness.

Lisa is a fantastic teacher! I know Lisa as a friend, colleague, and as her student. As an expert improviser, Lisa is great at getting on the same page as her students to help them grow and achieve their goals. She is supportive and challenges them in a confidence-boosting yet real way. She's always positive and when working with Lisa, I always felt like I was in a collaborative process that was fun and pushed me to be creative and my full self. She truly is a SUPERprof!
