About Cate

I help people develop the underestimated business skills which make so much difference at work. Don't rely on AI - employers scan for this and it will negatively affect how you are assessed. If you can't write for yourself your skills won't be valued.

As a retired business manager and public servant with over 20 years experience I have written for the most senior levels of government and other executives, and have navigated complex communication and workflow systems.

Learn formal and powerful communication including how to write for different audiences and how to structure a variety of documents.

About the lesson

I coach and support, helping students achieve in a private setting. Anxiety is the enemy of performance, and my aim is to help you develop your skills so that you are confident going into any business situation.

I include assistance and advice on personal presentation, use of various communication channels for business and meeting participation and management.

Develop your secretariat skills in managing mailboxes, drafting email correspondence, coordinating meetings and drafting agendas.
