About Nathalie
- I was a Swedish group gymnast for 12 years - (Järfälla Gymnasterna)
- Competed up to national level at the age of 16
- Coached summer camp gymnastics for children aged 3-7 three years in a row for my local gymnastics association (Järfälla Gymnasterna)
- Competitive Cheerleader for 4 years (16-20)
- Started at lvl 5 and got into lvl 6 a year later (gymnast background)
- Competed WORLD's in Orlando, Florida twice
- Won NCA in Daytona, USA in our group

Depending on the level, sport, goal and intention I will customise every lesson/ practise to be relevant to the client after a free first lesson (30 min).
My Coaching Methology:
- Motivating, inspiring and pushing my students to reach the absolute best they can be and realise their capability is my priority. I provide all knowledge my coaches has given me and more. I've been there myself. We do not give up, you have to fall down a few times to reach the top. You'll get it if you want it bad enough. Always be the one who puts in 10% more than everybody else and do one extra push.
