Ms Ntando is a 26year old university graduate holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Management and she also holds a TEFL certificate. She is a very energetic, fun and dedicated young lady who is very patient, polite and understanding. I approach teaching with a smile because it is my passion. When you're working with people your attitude matters so much. For me having a comfortable learning environment is very crucial for the students' success. I always use flash cards and real life examples, TPR and repetition. I don't move on to the next topic until all my learners are satisfied because that's what tutoring is all about,filling all gaps that teachers or lectures can't fill. I also add extra tutoring time if need be,free of charge.
