About Tahlia
My name is Tahlia Di Felice. I am a university student currently studying for a Bachelor of Laboratory Medicine (Honors) at Adelaide University. I’m someone that when I was younger always had a love for math and science throughout high school and then started to lean more towards just science in year 11 and 12. However, always excelled in math from primary school until year 11 before finding more of a passion for chemistry and biology. I know how difficult school can be especially if someone may need that little extra help or just for something to be explained by someone else in a way the student can comprehend. When I was younger I wish that someone was able to do that for me on certain topics and if I’m able to assist a student to understand something better than what they knew before I will be happy.

About the lesson

First I will spend a little time getting to know the student so they feel comfortable enough to listen to my teaching. Then I will see what the student already knows and doesn’t know just to gather an idea of what we need to work on most. Then I will spend time approaching each topic that is not the strongest for the student. Teaching them in a way with different methods and explanations so they can enjoy what they are learning while actually getting as much knowledge as possible while they do it.
