I cannot give my web site URLs here but I am well-established in the South Florida area and all the local chess clubs here know of me. I have had nationally visible results for decades, and I own my own chess instruction business.

For Schools: I adjust the speed and content of the plan to the class. For individuals, I train them to improve their results against their peers.
With private students the plan is based on what I see in their recent games. For example we might go over the Sveshnikov Sicilian for white, pin motif tactics, and rook endings similar to what may have happened at the end of a game they played. Everyone is trainer at their level. Their level has several dimensions and is not a scaler quantity. Lessons are for students who have their own ambition for chess and bring their own enthusiasm and interest. They are not appropriate if the student does not appreciate them.
