About Abbie
I am a violist and have performed at Bass Hall with the Fort Worth Youth orchestra and London with Martin High School Symphony. I am planning on studying music education this fall after I fell in love with teaching orchestra while student teaching. I taught sectionals to 7th, 8th, and 9th graders and a piece to the junior high orchestra.

My teaching method is to study what each individual student needs. I use books that my private lesson teacher from UTA uses, and I strive to teach students about their right hand (bow usage) and improve intonation. I hope to show kids my love for music and how to have fun while learning the viola!
