About Tiana
Calculation and visualisation are the core pillars of my coaching style. I have successfully mentored 155 students through complex positional understanding and pawn structures.
My background includes 11 years of dedicated instruction for competitive and scholastic players. I emphasise the importance of blunder checking and accurate recording and notation.
Many tournament players struggle with time management during high stakes matches. I teach them how to maintain a competitive mindset under pressure.
My approach combines opening principles with deep middlegame planning to create a complete player. I find it very rewarding to watch my students implement these strategies in their own games. Teaching chess is an enjoyable challenge that keeps my own mind sharp.
