About James (JP)
As someone who struggled in school myself, I have learned how to reframe standard lessons and information and restate it in a way that is more easily grasped by struggling learners. As an instructor, I am kind, compassionate, easygoing, and PATIENT. As a lifelong special needs teacher, I am very well-versed in the concept that students are not necessarily going to understand key concepts after going over them once. Rather, through various intervention methods as well as a personalized approach that fits the needs of each unique learner. I am confident that I will be able to give your child the tools they need to become active learners. Someone who is excited for new challenges and willing to show the hard work necessary to succeed.
