About Ella
Singing requires a delicate balance of physical alignment and internal awareness. I feel the resonance shifting in my own throat while I guide a student through a difficult passage. My training includes a Master of Music in Voice from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
Across 6 years, I have worked with many choristers and choral scholars who navigate the tricky transition of the voice change. Developing a sharp ear for pitch and tone remains my primary objective. I often find that vocal health is the most overlooked element of a successful performance.
My process is rooted in the rigorous standards of a conservatoire background. Students often bring me their specific challenges regarding vibrato or head voice placement. Helping you reach your technical goals is what drives my instruction. You will find my approach is both kind and motivating as we work together.
