About Cynthia
I been practicing contortion/yoga for 36 months+. Contortion is the act of contorting, twisting or deforming oneself
It is also the form of acrobatic display which involves the dramatic bending and flexing of the human body .... I train people with respect to their body types and what they would like to achieve, from strength training to balance and flexibility classes .... It's been a healthy and wonderful journey, and you certainly won't wanna to miss out all the fun b!!!
