About Stéphane
I teach yoga classes for several years, for any type of public, my goal is to work on the let go, the feelings and stress. I was trained in India (birthplace of yoga) by large experienced teachers. I would like to share my knowledge with you.

Namaste, from breathing techniques that allow stress of daily management. Let go, experienced and well being are significant elements of the course. Work on the body with postures adapted to each level of the student to rebalance the body, to regain flexibility and lightness. We will practice according to sivananda method, but also with perfect alignment of postures, as Iyengar yoga, and the level of students, postures of ashtanga yoga. It is a comprehensive yoga combines physical side so that the mind (relaxation, meditation, postures) and combining body and mind. I give yoga a few years and I was trained primarily in India by Swami Vishnudevananda disciples, creator of all the yoga centers sivananda worldwide.
