I am a dancer and yoga instructor who enjoys working with students of all levels. In my classes we focus on deepening the flexibility of the mind, body and spirit through yoga. I love to see students develop and grow.

My teaching approach is to allow each student to find their own flow through breath and an intentional yoga practice. Each student will develop their own practice in my class through exploring different postures and asanas that help with expansion.
