About Boris
Who am I?
A passionate about the body, mind and human consciousness. Constantly amazed by the influence that can have the psyche on health (including his "power" healing), social relations and the statements of each of souls. What could best describe me is this curiosity in me that has always be there, this insatiable thirst for knowledge and the desire to constantly improving myself. Self-taught, I'm a book lover. I am fascinated by the ability to absorb, through simple reading, knowledge, experience, vision of the world and the level of consciousness of the greatest minds of humanity. Through my readings, I studied psychology, personal development, holistic therapies and more spiritual approaches. The essence of what I propose is to help find a balance between a healthy body and a happy mind through tools such as yoga and meditation in particular that of mindfulness. After numerous trips, trainings, numerous meetings and a look always widening, I continue my learning every day and spend my time to deepen and integrate the precepts of the VIE.
