About Janita
I am a registered Yoga teacher with a background in sporting events and business administration.
When I first started yoga it was for the benefits of the physical asana, however over the years the more I practiced and learned about yoga and pranayama, the more connected, mindful and balanced I felt.
Yoga has taught me to be completely myself, on and off the mat.

I love a strong and creative Vinyasa practice and usually combine dynamic movements, core strength and inversions with the focus and connection to the breath. I also see a lot of benefits in a frequent Yin Yoga practice, allowing the body to deeply stretch and surrender. I encourage students to accept and welcome the feeling of slight discomfort to receive the benefit of the pose.
