About Heidi
Hi there, thanks for dropping by!
I am Heidi, a certified yoga teacher who speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. I am passionate about tailoring specific yoga flow for individuals who want to detox and destress from day-to-day life. If you're interested, you can check out my Instagram account, @h_y_g__.
My 200-Hour yoga training was completed in a yoga studio that is operated by Indian masters. Beyond that, I have also accomplished another 8weeks of personal training with one of the experienced masters, Keshav. I am inspired by his practice and the wisdom he has shared with me.

After every yoga drill, I am able to connect with my body and mind, also feel closer to the best self-determined, as well as having clear headspace on and off the mat. This is what I want to bring to you in my classes - taking you on a journey of becoming a better version of yourself, both physically and mentally.
My classes are fun and safe. I also give adjustments, corrections, and modifications throughout the class. I believe yoga is not just about achieving all of the advanced poses but can be also therapeutic for our body and soul. Remember always put a smile on your face as we are doing the practice, trust me it will bring us a better result! ;)
