About Hélène
A yogist for several years, I really immersed myself in the world of yoga during my trip to South America. Especially when I was in a natural reserve in Colombia where I had the chance to experience this practice and philosophy of yoga in the middle of the jungle. After returning to France I was able to pass my 200h Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga diploma in english recognized by Yoga Alliance. Since then I have been giving yoga classes at home mainly Hatha but also Hatha vinyasa. I adapt of course to the student and his preferences.

I always like to start my classes with pranayama (breathing exercise), then asanas (poses), and I end with meditation / relaxation. For a complete practice of yoga it is essential for me to combine the breathing with the physical practice which are complementary. Mediation will help the mind to concentrate, focus but also to let go, something that is useful both during the practice of yoga but also every day in the face of work, the stress that we can sometimes feel. You will come out of this course both mentally and physically appeased.

Hélène est une jeune prof de Hatha Yoga. Elle s'adapte très bien aux besoins particuliers (mal de genoux, bras faibles...), son cours est complet et bien expliqué.
Elle est disponible et répond rapidement. Je recommande !J'ai suivi plusieurs leçons d'Hatha Yoga avec Hélène et je peux dire que ces heures étaient vraiment bénéfiques ! Elle est très bienveillante et pédagogue, j'arrive totalement à me détendre et à m'évader quand je suis ses leçons ! Elle allie parfaitement l'équilibre entre renfort musculaire, assouplissement et relaxation ! Je recommande à 100% !

For classes at the student place 35 euros
For individual webcam classes 20 euros
For group webcam classes 10 euros per person ( rate is negociable depending on the number of persons attending the class)
