About Devagya

I have been training for almost 4 years now and also take interest in playing badminton and cooking. In the last 10 months, I have shredded almost 20 kgs of weight and I understand how tolling it can be to go through such a journey, but I assure you the end result is worth the pain.

About the lesson

Lets first get the basic understanding of your body type and what have been doing and what you lifestyle has been, which will help us build a strategy to conquer your fat, and we will try to figure out why you are willing to do this and your motivation behind it
