About Christie
I am native English speaker with more than 20 years of experience in various marketing and communications roles. In addition to my 170-hour TEFL certification, I have specialized training in teaching Business English and hold a Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and communications and a Masters in Arts with a focus on qualitative research.
I hold a 170-hour TEFL certification and have specialized training in teaching Business English. In addition to my experience teaching English learners, I have provided staff training and development in a business setting for more than 15 years including writing, speaking, and presentations.
My approach is based on student goals. I believe that lessons should be customized and focused on individual needs and interests. My teaching style is relaxed yet structured, challenging and engaging, and always tailored to your life, goals, and interests. I understand the challenges of being a non-native speaker in a business setting.
