About Sergio
I am a young student with more than 2 years of table and bar experience achieved in specialty coffee shops. I have free time and I like to educate people on coffee issues when I make exhibitions at the table, but I want to break down barriers and not just stay in the store but also take the knowledge of coffee a little further and be able to instruct people who like I share the taste for a good coffee.

Hello, Sergio here!
I will explain a little history of coffee from where it comes to where it has come today. We will also talk about coffee filtering/extraction methods and of course, what you could find in a cup of coffee depending on the preparation and the parameters you use.
If you like during the class we can also prepare a cup of coffee together and so on for several sessions to cover all possible methods.
At the end of the session we will be able to give feedback on the topic and I will answer all the necessary questions so that you are left with your clear ideas.
