I am a 17 year old student and have been active and working out ince I was 13. I started with body weight exercises and in the past two years I started with weights and I know about 100+ different exercises which I am happy to share with people that are willing to learn from me

My classes consist of a lot of communication. I will find my customer’s weaknesses first and then in a few weeks my clients will achieve their successful dream body that they have always wanted. I am also very open to advice on how to become a better mentor.
