About Moriarty
I've practised yoga for almost 20 years. During lockdown I started practising daily and decided I'd love to become a yoga teacher. I enrolled in a teacher training programme and qualified as a teacher in January 2022. Since then I've been teaching astanga-inspired classes. As a woman going through perimenopause I recently started researching yoga asana and pranayama that could help bring me back to myself. I'd love to share what I've learnt with other women!

Perimenopause can feel lonely, confusing and like your body has suddenly changed without warning. I offer gentle, personalised 1:1 support to help you make sense of what’s happening, calm your nervous system and reconnect with the version of yourself you’ve been missing. Through hormone‑aware movement, breathwork and compassionate guidance, I help you feel steadier, clearer and more in control as you navigate this transition. You don’t have to do this alone — I’m here to walk it with you.
