I am the creator of a proprietary training program for busy people, which can be done at home, while on vacation or working as a virtual nomad in every corner of the world.
1. Firestarter & Rehab - The process that drives your metabolism and teaches you to perform 7 correct movement patterns.
2. Principle 3P - Preparation, Practice, Performance - these are the processes of learning exercises in order to perform them correctly and add progress (range of motion, number of repetitions or adding weight)
