About Lily
My name is Lily, I am 1/2 Dutch and 1/2 Scottish, and I grew up in Hong Kong where I completed the International Baccalaureate (IB). I then moved to the UK where I completed my undergraduate degree at University College London (UCL), studying an interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences BASc.
I am now a professional researcher for a PR agency, where I provide tailored research for clients on their positioning in the marketing landscape.
In my free time, I enjoy photography, cooking, climbing, running and going to the cinema!

My tutoring technique is patient, creative, productive, and flexible. I am an experienced personal tutor that is open to working with ages between 6 - 17 years old, whether it is for beginner writing & reading abilities, or essay writing skills to ace A-Levels / International Baccalaureate.
Teaching methodology:
To ensure that lessons are productive and progressing towards a goal, lessons will be constructed ticking off aspects of a subject syllabus and concentrating on areas that the student struggles to grasp. Each lesson will end with a short test to discover how much they have learned as well as helping to track the student's improvement over time.
Typical length of lesson: 1 hour (flexible upon request)
