About Ram

I am RamAvtaar from Jammu. I’ve completed my graduation and with ongoing graduation i started giving instructions to my friends and some gym mates, important thing is that they got good results with my instructions and therefore now i want to share my ideas to others too

About the lesson

The most important thing in body building and strength training is patience, consistency . This class will will motivate you to stay in line and focus on your health. All you need to believe in my exercise chart and diet chart . Diet chart will remain simple , no need to get expensive food.
