About Susan
My spirit and intuitive nature bring my students to a higher level of physical and spiritual practice. My classes incorporate Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Anusara.
I have my Anusara® Inspired Certification and RYT® 500 from Triguna Yoga in Rishikesh, India. Also I hold a Masters’s degree in Music.

My classes’ main emphasis is on proper alignment and working all the body areas so that both internal physical and mental healing can occur. I am the founder of Park City Spa Yoga which works privately with clients combining yoga, massage, and assisted stretching.
