About Moni
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching High School and College students. Over the years, I have taught around 150–200 students, helping them improve their English skills and gain confidence in speaking, writing, reading, and listening. I believe learning English can open many doors, and my goal is to make lessons clear, engaging, and practical.
One of the proudest moments in my career has been watching students who once struggled become confident communicators, improve their grades, and actively participate in class discussions and presentations.
I adapt my teaching style to each student’s pace and learning needs, ensuring they feel supported and motivated throughout their learning journey.

My ESL teaching methodology is designed to build confidence, encourage practical application, and foster steady progress. Students practise speaking, listening, reading, and writing through interactive and structured exercises.
Motivation is key in my teaching; I set achievable goals, provide positive reinforcement, and recognise progress regularly. When students face challenges, I use problem-solving strategies to clarify grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Integrity guides my work, and I maintain honesty, professionalism, and respect in every session.
Flexibility allows me to adapt lessons to each student’s pace, goals, and learning style. Beyond ESL, I also teach spoken English, business communication, academic writing, and grammar fundamentals.
