I am an Advanced Yoga Instructor, successfully completed 900 hours of TTC from The Yoga Institute, Santacruz, Mumbai. Being an Advanced trainer, I can look into holistic wellness of an individual which includes physical (Asanas) and Mental (Pranayam & Breathing Technique). Clients can consider me as a Health Consultant as I have profound knowledge in Nutrition as well. I am a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor in group & individual fitness and holistic wellness coaching, eager to foster a positive health culture. Proficient in engaging diverse class groups, improving client fitness levels and designing motivating and educational class experience.
