Hello, my name is Janet, and I am a bilingual English and Spanish professional with more than 10 years of experience working in administrative, customer service, and government office environments. Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication, writing, and professional business skills that I am passionate about sharing with others.
I understand that learning a new language can be challenging, which is why I strive to create a patient, supportive, and encouraging learning environment. I work with students at their own pace and take the time to explain concepts clearly, especially for beginners or those who need extra support.
