I believe learning should be fun - I know that certain teachers and certain tutors made learning something I hated, and others I could not wait until their lessons. I like to believe I am the latter. I myself love learning and believe that the best gift you can give to someone is to share knowledge that they will remember forever.
Following the syllabus I will ensure they cover everything they need to using every style of learning to ensure they are incredibly confident.
I am also a History and English tutor and have previously tutored two lovely girls from their KS3 to A-Levels.
I also gave "Booster" lessons to students who needed someone to help them study in a way that many parents and friends don't have time to help them with i.e. going over their flash cards, covering other learning methods so that all methods are covered - this is KEY in doing well but needs other people - I am very happy to be that person.
Rachel helped me when I began my law conversion. Having never studied law before, I was able to graduate the course with a distinction, and I know this was due to Rachel's help! She aided me at the start of the course when I was struggling with key legal concepts, and stayed with me all the way through the revision period as well. She helped me develop structures and methods to take through to my exams and explained the subject in a manner that was both informative and interesting. I have known Rachel since primary school, and she was a diligent, hard-working student. She is now a patient and caring teacher who puts effort into each session and ensures you understand before moving on to the next topic. I would highly recommend her assistance when studying law and history, because she has a deep knowledge and passion for both!
