About Thanusree
As an IB Diploma student with over 100 hours of teaching experience, I bring patience, organization, and genuine passion to every lesson. I’ve taught math, English, and Carnatic music to students of all ages and learning abilities, including children with special needs. Through these experiences, I’ve developed strong communication skills and the ability to adapt lessons to fit each student’s unique pace and style. My goal as a tutor is to help students not only understand the material but also gain confidence and enjoy the process of learning.

My teaching approach focuses on patience, clarity, and individualized learning. I start each lesson by assessing what the student already understands and identifying areas that need more support. A typical lesson begins with a quick review of previous material, followed by guided practice on new topics. I encourage students to explain their thought process out loud, this helps build confidence and reinforces understanding. I end lessons with a brief recap and optional practice for reinforcement. What sets me apart is my ability to connect with children of all learning styles, including those with special needs. My lessons are designed for elementary and middle school students who need extra support or enrichment in math, English, or music
