About Kris

I have spent 3+ years in learning about personal development and spirituality through self-help books and having various therapists. I have also learned that like myself, most people really do not need advice when they are trying to get something off their chest, but simply have someone to listen to them.

About the lesson

Sometimes we all need someone to talk to when things get hard, or when we have news we can’t seem to tell anyone about. I offer listening sessions over the phone to help you get some weight off your shoulders. You are not alone in this.

Perfect! I felt that Kris literally saw into my soul and tried to bring out the best in me. Behind her incredible kindness and enthusiasm is a fantastically intuitive spirit with a profound understanding of human nature. I could not believe the progress I made in our first session. I had a deeply-rooted issue involving social anxiety which she addressed without judgment and helped me work through.
It was something that probably would seem trivial to most but she treated it as if was the most important problem in the world. She expressed my thoughts better than I could, and at times it was almost as if she was finishing my sentences. She listened so closely and empathetically and carefully responded with insights I had never considered.
After the session I broke down in tears. I have never felt so validated and understood. I can never thank her enough.
