About Emma
Though I’m still going through my education, I’m a lifelong artist and creative. I attended Emily Carr University of Art and Design for a short period but decided to switch gears to major in Art as well as Psych, hoping to pursue teaching and art therapy in the future. I led the yearbook team throughout high school, spent hundreds of hours creating the set of the school play, and I taught in a daycare where I created coloring pages and led student art class. I’ve had the creative urge to start content based in art therapy, hoping it can benefit and inspire someone!

Hey! I’m an art + psych major and future art teacher/art therapist who’s super passionate about using creativity to calm the mind and connect with ourselves. I host chill, feel-good art sessions where we explore mental health, reflection, and self-expression through different themes each time—like little episodes of art therapy. We’ll use watercolor, pencil crayon, crayon, digital art, paint markers, and more. Whether you’re here to unwind, express emotions, or just make something beautiful, this space is for you. No pressure, no experience needed—just good vibes, art, and intentional creativity.
