About Gladys
I am an Associate Lecturer with Matthew Boulton College in Birmingham. I have been delivering classroom teaching for 11 months. My placement was with Matthew Boulton College and I am still working at this college. During training, I also tutored prospective trainee teachers to pass their exams.

My name is Gladys Changunda. My teaching method is mostly andragogy, but mostly I value every student. I start my sessions with a warmer which is very interactive followed by the main lesson. The main lesson is interactive, student-led, interesting and full of humour.
