About Wilma
• Experience and expertise as a Tutor
I am an MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer), Azure certified solutions architect. Worked for Microsoft, Stanford and BlueCross-BlueShield clients in USA for six years with overall 18 years of IT experience came back to India to start my own business. Also worked as a lecturer at Loyola and faculty at some reputed training center and trained more than 1500 students in past and now started my own cloud training center with an inclination towards Cloud industry and to train new joiners. Since I worked on several projects with reputed customers, I learnt a many aspects of workflows and workloads in IT infrastructure design, solutions and administration and I trained hundreds of team members trough-out my IT career and same zeal continued. I am certified in several other technologies like AIX, SCOM, Windows and Azure. I knew nuts and bolts about system administration, management and deployments. At some point I worked on Veritas Volume Manger, RHEL, HPUX, Solaris servers.
I know the functionality of complete tools landscape and their usage in the IT industry from ticketing to DR.
