I am a dedicated B.Sc. Yogic Science student with a genuine passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga. Even as a beginner on my academic path, I have been actively practicing and learning the art of yoga, which has enriched my life with balance and well-being. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where beginners can explore gentle asanas, mindful breathing, and effective warm-up techniques. My goal is to help each student develop flexibility, reduce stress, and find inner peace through regular practice. Join me as we embark on a journey towards lasting health and self-discovery.

About the lesson

I conduct beginner-friendly online yoga classes designed to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and build body awareness. Each session includes warm-ups, basic asanas, and breathing techniques. Group and personal batches are available, with a comfortable pace suited to your needs and wellness goals. Let’s grow gently together!
