About Helga
I’m interested in people: how we think, what we want, what gets in our way, and why our choices sometimes take us somewhere we didn’t intend to go.
Experience that goes beyond coaching
My understanding of people has been shaped as much by life and work as by coaching.
My experience includes building and running businesses, advertising and marketing, casino management, competitive sport, and approximately 20 years managing households, staff, and complex daily arrangements for ultra-high-net-worth families. I have lived and worked in Hungary, the United States, and the United Kingdom. These very different worlds have given me a broad perspective on people, responsibility, ambition, pressure, and change.
I founded a dating agency with a headhunter-style approach to matchmaking, personally interviewing and advising clients. Much of my work involved helping people at different stages of life understand their expectations and behaviour, improve their communication, clarify what they wanted, and recognise what they could do differently.
I have rebuilt my own life across countries and cultures more than once. I understand what it means to start again, adapt, take risks, and find a way forward when circumstances change.
I’m a problem solver, creator, and builder by nature. When something isn’t working, I want to understand why—and what can realistically be done about it.

I help you understand what is really happening, make sense of the complications, and find a practical way forward.
We can work on personal or professional challenges, relationships, difficult decisions, or the direction you want your life to take.
A thoughtful listener. A straightforward voice.
I listen closely and contribute actively. I ask questions, notice patterns, challenge assumptions, and offer practical ideas and perspectives you may not have considered.
Sometimes I may say something the people around you haven’t said—because it is difficult to say, because they are too close to the situation, or simply haven’t seen it. I do that with care and respect. You can speak openly, question my perspective, and disagree with me. We work together to understand your options and decide what makes sense for you.
I can also help you declutter and organise your home, and create routines and systems that make everyday life easier to manage.
