About Abigail
I am a very friendly, adventure and outdoor loving individual, and exercise has always been a fundamental part of my life. My top activities are hiking, trail running, horse riding, mountain biking and climbing (pretty much anything outdoors and I'm there for it!).
Teaching - especially physical education - is very near and dear to me as I love sharing my passion for a healthy lifestyle.

I believe that exercise and a healthy lifestyle are critical for enabling individuals to achieve their goals. In my capacity as a Biokineticist, I strive to enable my clients to reach their full potential, both in a sporting context and in their capacity for life. My high school’s motto was “To have life more abundantly.”, and it is something that has shaped my thinking ever since. As a Biokineticist, I want to enable my clients to have a more abundant life. As such, I strive to be approachable, friendly and compassionate. I also value feedback from my clients and I am eager to learn in order to improve the quality of treatment they receive.
