I keep the motivation going by devoting one special class on regular intervals to make advanced physics of Blackholes, Quantum Mechanics,Time Travel accessible to young students beacuse physics is not just any subject,it is something which will lead you towards the greatest quest of the humankind if one is willing enough.
I don't hurry and start from very basics with Richard P. Feynman like teaching (google search it) but when it all ends one will realises that they have studied and mastered all the subtleties of the subject with great detail.
