About Jocelyn
I've been teaching yoga classes since October 2020 and have facilitated group classes at the Krishna Village Community in Tyalgum. Currently, I teach at MBODE studio in Murwillumbah and I also have experience teaching 1-on-1 classes. I gained my teaching certificate at the Krishna Village and have loved my role of teaching yoga. I enjoy giving my students space to learn at their own pace and encourage them to become the best version of themselves through sharing my personal experiences and providing ways to connect with the body, mind, and spirit. I would love to meet you and share this practice with you as best as I can.

Coming from a dance background, I'm passionate to share the tools of movement and healing through yoga. I have a passion for the great gift of movement and its ability to move emotions through a person to the deepest parts of the connection to themselves. My passion comes, less of "creating the perfect yogi" but more in helping you to realise that you are already are perfect! Yoga for me is not about reaching any particular goal but devoting your presence and effort to the present moment.
