About Reign
With 6 years of ESL tutoring experience, I have guided around 150 High School and College students in building their English language skills. Teaching English has allowed me to play a meaningful role in students’ growth by helping them communicate more clearly, think more confidently, and succeed in academic tasks. My teaching philosophy is based on making learning simple, enjoyable, and personalized.
I believe students learn best when they feel understood and supported. I spend time identifying their strengths and challenges, and then I design lessons that match their learning style. Whether it’s improving grammar, practicing speaking, or building vocabulary, I make sure lessons are clear and easy to follow. One of my biggest achievements is watching students who once felt overwhelmed by English become active and confident learners.
Many of them improved their school performance, spoke English more fluently, and completed assignments with more accuracy. I use interactive methods like role-playing, guided reading, writing tasks, and everyday conversation practice to help them grow naturally. I also create a comfortable learning environment where students can practice without fear. I encourage them to speak, ask questions, and learn from mistakes. My goal is to help them use English confidently in school, college, and daily life.

My ESL teaching method follows the principles of Communication, Flexibility, Creativity, Accountability, and Integrity. Communication is essential, so I help students practice speaking through dialogues, listening tasks, reading aloud, and real-world conversation practice.
Flexibility allows me to shape lessons for each student’s pace. If a learner needs slow explanations, I break down topics step by step. If another learns better through activities, I use interactive methods. In addition to ESL, I teach Grammar Essentials, Essay Writing, Vocabulary Building, and School English.
Creativity helps make learning memorable. I use pictures, videos, audio clips, role-plays, and storytelling activities to explain grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure in simple ways.
Accountability keeps students focused. I check their progress regularly, set weekly learning targets, and give feedback that helps them improve steadily.
Integrity creates trust. I am honest, encouraging, and patient, and I help students feel comfortable expressing themselves even when they make mistakes.
This approach builds strong skills in speaking, reading, writing, listening, and grammar through enjoyable, structured, and supportive lessons.
