My teaching method is practice, practice, practice. The key to any good English essay or analysis is experience, and knowing the correct essay structure. I would love for students to give me their opinion on the texts that they are studying. Thereafter, the student can write a practice essay which we will read over together and analyse. I will use a similar approach when studying poetry. Moreover, I like to give students contextual information about the poets and the poem's context.
