About Supriya

I’m Supriya Arya. After over a decade in corporate life, health issues led me to yoga. I began practicing to heal myself, but soon fell in love with it. Now, I want to help others prioritize their health and rediscover themselves.

About the lesson

Have you ever wanted to start yoga but kept postponing it? Maybe you felt you weren't flexible enough, didn't have enough time, or simply didn't know where to start. I understand that sometimes, taking the first step is the hardest part.

I would love to help you begin your yoga journey in a simple and comfortable way.

My classes are for beginners who want to slow down, take a little time for themselves, and build healthy habits without pressure or expectations. We will practice simple yoga poses, gentle movements, breathing exercises, and relaxation at your own pace.

I believe yoga is not about being perfect or doing every pose correctly. It's about showing up for yourself, even on days when you don't feel like it. Small steps, taken consistently, can make a meaningful difference.

You don't need to be flexible or have any prior experience. You just need to be willing to begin. Let's take that first step together. Classes are available in Hindi and English, so you can learn comfortably and confidently.
