About Donna
I am a Business Management graduate with six years of professional experience as an Administrative Officer, where I developed strong skills in organization, communication, problem-solving, documentation, and attention to detail. In addition to my professional experience, I have three years of experience as a personal tutor, primarily working with elementary students and helping them build a strong foundation in their studies.
As a tutor, I believe that learning becomes easier when lessons are explained clearly, patiently, and through practical, relatable, and example-driven discussions. I take the time to understand each student's learning style, strengths, and areas where they need additional support. My goal is not simply to help students finish their assignments, but to help them genuinely understand the lessons, develop confidence, and become more independent learners.
While most of my tutoring experience has been with elementary students, I am also open and excited to work with higher-grade students, including junior and senior high school and college students. I am willing to adapt my teaching approach to different subjects, academic levels, and learning needs.
